Today on my ride back home, on ring road near ladpur chowk I saw a HR number honda city throwing trash out of the moving vehicle. I was only able to get a glimpse but it was maybe some take away food wrappers.

Wish I wasn't in a hurry and could go back and confront them😔☝️

Then I thought, why cant we mandate HR, DL, UP, PB people to apply for a pass to enter Uttarakhand, but to get the pass they would have to pass an online personality and road safety test which would have AI integrated so they can't cheat and can be judged thoroughly.

Well its just a thought, I know things like wont happen.
