$98 Canon FD 28mm f2 with issues. Gimme some guidance before I spend a weekend on this.

I figured it'd be a hail mary salvage but it's better than breaking one in better condition.

So there's plenty going on here. There's the Schneideritis. And you can also see a ring of haze in one of the more front elements. But I'm guessing that's not dust in the back there? Give me some opinions, how should I proceed. Do I have a chance?
