Hello all,

This morning my wife drove the car home from work and it shut off on her. When she tried turning it back on, it would crank rapidly (normally) but wouldn't turn on.

On the third attempt she got it to turn on and drove it home, with a noticeable cut in power.

Went out to take a look and all seems fine visually, except the slightly leaky rocker cover. Idles normally for most of the time and then start juddering for a second or two.

After giving a few revs started hearing the noise.

Let me know if you've ever seen this or might know what it is.
