Shipping date keep changing
Hello! I'm new to this sub so I apologise in advance if its not the right place for this kind of post (If its not I would really apreciate a kind redirection!)
So I ordered my first 3D printer (Core One+) from prusa in the 21st of April and at the moment the site was saying that it needed 3-5 days for preparation but once I placed the order the estimated shipping date was like 3 weeks later(1st photo). At first glance I didn't even notice how long this was. But after 2 days the shipping date changed to 1 week(2nd photo) and I thought that maybe the first estimate was probably some kind of system error and kept waiting but the dates kept changing. I spoke with some guys from the live chat (truly amazing people) but couldn't really help. Only one of them noticed that something was off. He told me that even after two weeks my order was still flagged as "New" and contacted the "shipping team"(?) and only 2 days ago they fixed it and changed it to "In progress" but appart that nothing really changed. All the dates that you see in the photos are in chronological order.
Did this ever happened to anyone of you guys? I'm really dissapointed by all this and I'm really considering canceling my order. Like what's the point of having a shipping estimate if it keeps changing? I just feel like they have completely lost and forgot my order.
