Hello! I’m a backup ac and have noticed our air conditioning unit will randomly not be running when on cool and just show - - does anyone know why? Or how to fix it? It’ll randomly come back on so I’m wondering if it’s some energy saving thing

Hello! My hibiscus is starting to have some weird discoloring on the leaves. I repotted it yesterday, but the discoloring began before that (in hindsight, repotting maybe wasn’t the best idea)
The plant is outdoors. It gets around 6 to 8 hours of light and is facing north east. I have watered it to where the soil is damp. I possibly have watered too much the last three days?
I repotted it using organic Top Shelf potting soil. .09% nitrogen, .45% phosphate, and .33% soluble potash
I’m in central Texas, it hasn’t gotten too hot yet. High of maybe 85
What can I do for my poor plant?
