Agentic AI without digital identity is unverified automation and it’s useful but has no legal effect. Prove me wrong!
Exactly the point. Without verified identity, agentic AI remains cosmetic automation.
Concrete example: job matching. A platform that matches automatically between candidate and company. But without verified identity, it’s “look at this great offer.” With a wallet that contains your verified degree, your certifications, your work history certified by the government or a company. If the company’s agentic AI sees a match with a 94% probability? It doesn’t send emails for an “interview,” it directly sends the offer letter. It’s binding. The candidate has the real credentials, the company knows they’re real.
Good.
Another example: real estate. You’re looking for a house, a real estate agent uses AI to match you, sees 10 possible properties. But normally you need to send documents, proof of funds, mortgage pre-approval, income statements.
With digital identity: Your wallet opens, the AI sees your cash flow, your mortgage capacity, your income. You don’t send anything. The agent doesn’t ask for documents. It’s all automated. He already knows you can afford that €1.2 million house. He offers the seller: “buyer ready to sign, equity verified, Paperwork ready.”
