May I be crazy? Maybe, but in all honesty I prefer the Kraft Mac n' Cheese over any of the homemade stuff, or at least any homemade Mac n' Cheese that is baked which seems to be every homemade recipe I've been forced to eat.

I have tried loads of different homemade styles of Mac n' Cheese, all made by different people at different times of my life, all BAKED. Like baking most noodle dishes, it sucks out all of the moisture that makes that dish good and this GREATLY impacts the taste and texture of Mac n' Cheese. It should be moist and creamy and wet, baking removes all of what makes it delicious. Also I've noticed that most people keep adding goddamn breadcrumbs to Mac n' Cheese which sucks out more of the moisture and gives it a horrible texture. Plus it also seems like every single person uses the least flavorful cheese since every homemade one I've tried taste like nothing or broken dreams.

So it's only natural that I like Kraft, the only other form for Mac n' Cheese I've had, over everything else I've tried. Bad Kraft tastes like most baked Mac n' Cheese while good Kraft taste like creamy deliciousness. Perhaps I've only had shitty Mac n' Cheese or I prefer a simple food from my childhood, but I'll still believe Kraft is better than baked. I'm willing to try a stovetop recipe or a natural and not artificial rendition of Kraft's recipe, but for now this is the hill I'm dying on.

Was inspired by another post because it reminded me of a pet peeve that I have.

Last week I was in line waiting for breakfast, I was there early so I had to wait for it to open which I didn't mind. However, some lady walked up behind me and started telling me to "hurry the fuck up" because I was holding up the line (it was only the two of us by the way) and I just stared at her. The door was closed and locked. Nothing was open yet. I couldn't go anywhere and she won't be getting in for another few minutes.

It's like asking a short person to reach something on the tallest shelf when there isn't a chair or a step stool for them to use. Or asking someone to drive you somewhere when they literally don't have a car.
