Has anyone else spent way too much time trying to figure out how to make their Roborock clean each room the way they actually want, instead of being stuck with the default vacuum & mop presets?
I finally figured this out on my Roborock Q Revo Arc, so I’m sharing in case it helps someone else.
The missing step was setting up customized cleaning for each individual room inside the Roborock app.
Here’s what worked (see photos above):
Open the Roborock app.
Go to the full room cleaning/map view.
Tap customize under the Full header(if you do this under individual rooms so it doesn’t work for some reason).
Set the cleaning style for that room by tapping it and selecting what you want (such as vacuum only, mop only, vacuum and mop, suction level, water level, number of passes, etc.)
The settings should be saved when you click back into the map. Check the icons on the map to be sure.
Repeat this for each room you want to behave differently.
Once those room-specific settings are saved, you can clean rooms according to your own presets instead of relying on the generic vacuum/mop settings via voice commands (Only tested with Google Home and Siri).
