Hi everyone,

My Subaru Forester recently had its 10,000 km service, and since then I’ve been experiencing a strange issue.

Right after starting the engine, when I press the accelerator, the car feels very sluggish — almost like it’s losing power. The RPM doesn’t increase and the car doesn’t respond properly.

If I release the gas pedal and press it again 1–2 times, everything goes back to normal and the car drives fine.

This only happens right after startup.

There are no warning lights or check engine codes showing on the dashboard. I’ve already taken it to the dealership, but they couldn’t find any problems.

Has anyone experienced something like this or knows what might be causing it?
