pc problem
The PC turns on only every other time.
Sometimes, when it does turn on, there’s no picture on the monitor and the keyboard doesn’t work (other times everything works fine).
At first we thought it was the power supply. We tested the PSU on another PC — it works fine.
RAM sticks are fine, the SSD works too.
We checked the 20/24-pin connector on the motherboard with a multimeter — there is a signal.
We tried starting it with and without a RAM stick — same result: sometimes it boots on the first try, but after shutting it down, by the third attempt it may fail to turn on again.
We checked the connection between the PC start button and the motherboard with a multimeter, it gives a signal;
Another issue (possibly motherboard-related, since the headset’s USB cable connects to the motherboard’s USB port): the headphones don’t reach full volume (everything is maxed out in Windows and on the headphones themselves). This is temporarily fixed by unplugging and plugging the headset cable back in.
What do you think is the problem, maybe in MOFSET?
