Hey guys, I had ordered a puma speedcat in the red colourway recently from the official puma website. I received a completely fake replica. I had requested a return but when the guy came to pick it up it showed authentication error due to the product not being the same as the one in the photos because wtf obviously it won’t you have sent me a fake replica that isnt even remotely close to the original product.

I cant find the seller that is mentioned in the packaging as well. It says haringhata west bengal but there is no puma store in there.

Please help on how to proceed and get my refund. 10k is too much to let go. I had saved money to buy it. I had mailed them the photos as well but no actions taken yet.
