I got this wool jumper and this was on the care instructions. How would I clean/wash this?

Jury Duty

So I got summoned to Jury Duty. No big deal I went and I got excused. But I also went in 2015 and got excused to. Tell me why the travel allowance from 2015 is the same at now. I got $8.70 in 2015 and $8.70 last week. How has this been allowed to start at the same rate for 11 years?! By inflation that should be at least $11. How is this allowed?! Anyone?
