Environmental protection officers outside Leeds city council House

You've seen on TikTok and on Instagram after loads of environmental city council offices fining people for £300 for accidental littering. It seems like it's made its way to Leeds.. I saw a bunch of them outside and I found them intimidating. I'm quite forgetful and I've lost bits of papers falling out my pocket and I'm just worried that they're going get me. And that they work on commission is quite scary as well

LOCATION: ENGLAND

My brother is 8 years older than me.

He has physically abused me from a young in front of people and leave scars.

He controlled everything in the house— lock up our Disney cartoons and controlled when we watch them. Throw us out of the house often.

Bad mouth us to our primary school, and exaggerate bad behavior to our teachers.

Abroad, as a child he bulled me in front of people pulled my pants down in front of relatives. I also got a concussions when he bashed over the head. Police arrived.

He would start fights between me and my other siblings, and criticise my grades - despite the fact that he did shit.

He was a closet gay and call me homophobic slurrs as a child.

He almost stopped me from going to my secondary school because he thought i would damage his reputation there, even though he left 8 years before.

He dominated the house and created constant conflict. It caused me to fail my exams.

He also forced me away from the university I wanted and I ended up on a degree I hated for three years. He kept me at home instead of moving out..

I believe this was partly because he didn’t want me to come out.

He would net me leave the house — keep track of timetable. Monitor me phone.

He wanted to come and sit in my lectures, and use student loans to buy him crap from Amazon.

He threatened to come in a taxi with my father to beat me up if I stayed on a night out.

He would laugh constantly at this.

I have not spoken to him since 2013.

He is holding our childhood photos to ransom and refusing to release them. My brother and I want those photos back and have considered legal action.

In 2013, he lost his job at a secondary school. I was told he had been wearing his trousers loosely in front of students, and that students later attacked him, although it was never made clear exactly what led to that. He is now unemployed, reacts very badly to criticism, and self-harms.

He has been diagnosed with mixed personality disorder.

Nice - 4 nights — have that i could do Cannes, Antibe, and Monaco. Can fly directly from my local airport, but the returning flights is really expensive —can fly into London and have to travel back up Leeds.

Italy — 8 nights — want to fly into Milan and do some day trips to Verona and Lake Como and then maybe get a train to Zurich. May need to use Manchester than my local.

Sweden —6 nights - fly directly into Gothenburg, high speed train to Stockholm.

All three destinations are really expensive, but I am going in early September so hopefully it will be quieter. Which one is worth visiting?

I want to visit more countries.
