the idea behind this is to be able to maximise both pre-tension and stablity while also offering the option to pre-load a resistance band without requiring a great deal of physical space

my first iteration of the pulley system with bands which i shared worked okay but the pre-tension was quite limited but this design looks to improve on that - if you have any ideas or critism share it in the comments
