Bought my first pair of tall track/sport boots and I’m curious how tight they should be? I got a 38 and think I may move up to a 39? I have small feet and normally wear a 6.5-7.5 in regular shoes. I can zip them up and they fit my calf fine without pants inside them though.

Obviously I can’t push down on the toes and because I’m walking my feet slide forward a little. I’ve been told my size 7 runners are a little small because I eventually poke little holes in the toes. My forma dry swift are a size 38 and they’re tight but not unbearable for a day of wear.
