So im 25. Got promoted to Store Manager. Salary in retail. Its a terror.

I love my job and I execute it very well. I am struggling with the social aspect..

I am terrified of being perceived. I have a freeze/fawn response to a lot of social interactions. And you ca t really have that has store manager.

Having tough conversations and being assertive I am struggling with.

There's so much more that I cant put into words. I am exhausted and starting to be unable to take care of my home, myself AND my job.

I'd how to help myself while waiting to get into therapy. It just makes me go AAAAAHHHHHHHHH
