Hey guys, I'm on week 4 of weekly 200mg shots. And I'm getting into the gym after being too damn lazy for 4 years. Does anyone have any workout plans? Only thing I'm not comfortable with is deadlifts and squats will get to them eventually after I get back into the gym habit.

Before y'all come at me sideways. My body was refusing to produce testosterone at all no matter what changes I made. I eat good..I sleep good..I don't drink.. I don't drink soda.
