Missing $50 and Customer Support Hung Up on Me
Hi, need help figuring out where my money went. With my Chime App I had the standard checking and two savings (My Savings and Emergency Fund). I transferred $50 into the Emergency Fund from my checking on May 6th and I can see the transaction history for it.
But today, the Emergency Fund has disappeared and there's no transaction history for where the $50 went. Checking and Savings remain the same balance. When I called customer support, they kept talking about the savings account and not the emergency. They found the $50 transfer on May 6th and when I asked where those specific funds went, I got no answer. They kept telling me there was no transaction history and I kept telling them I also see no transaction history and just want to know where the money went. After going in circles a few times, they hung up on me.
Posting on Reddit is my last attempt at figuring this out. I feel really discouraged that customer support hung up on me.
