Second pic is day after rescue, some background for anyone interested:

Was walking home late at night and I heard a really loud shrill screaming, I pinpointed it to an SUV parked infront of this closed store, I could tell it was a kitten/distressed and no matter how much I looked I could only hear it and not see it, based on the screams I could tell it was not doing well at all and I was worried it was trapped inside somewhere and stuck like the muffler/internals,

I called the fire-department and they came and got a better look and said it was a starving kitten and it was above the transmission but it was not trapped/I could maybe lure it out.

After an hour of calling to it/playing mother calling kitten noises (Which made it freak out even more), I decided to run home and grab some treat/paste tubes to try to lure it out, which was heart wrenching because it started screaming even louder/thinking I was abandoning it.

After coming back with the paste I crawled up under the car and shoved my hand with the open paste as high up into the under carriage as I could, and with my phone flashlight on I waited.

At first, the constant/screaming and meowing in terror had stopped which was a good sign, then eventually I got it to start licking the tube, which it happily gulped down the entire thing while meowing angrily, finally after the second tube was opened I managed to get it to come down and opened up a plastic tin of wet food right away.

To my surprise instead of going for the tube that was open or the wet food, it went straight for my face and headbutted me/started demanding that I pet it and love on it. ( I swear I didn't almost cry xD )

It then proceeded to gulp down all the food and once it was done, I swooped it and walked it home where after one day it is already kneading/bathing itself, showing its belly..e.t.c
