I hate this simplistic view of race relations.
"Oh so you love that one girl and yet you don't want 40000 unemployed men from her country entering yours every day? Bigot!" This meme is always presented as an example of how dumb and racist white men are. Having an intimate, one on one relationship with someone of another race doesn't mean you have to accept 100000 men flooding in and shitting up the place. Interracial relationships should be applauded and seen as a stepping stone to global harmony. They also prove that, given time and a chance for understanding we can all get along.

Call me a bigot or whatever you like. I'm "left wing" as you Americans would call it, I'm extremely progressive. Right now an absolute piece of shit politcal party is rising in Australia and it's a direct result of this mindset.
