I'm looking to get some feedback on a project I've been working on for a while called StormGauge, it's supposed to be a modern alternative to programs like Rainmeter.
You can easily add elements to display sys info like CPU, disk, memory info and easily resize, move them and change color to match your wallpaper.
Hoping to add more features over time.
Anyone who takes part will get to keep it forever as I won't be revoking keys.

Hey, I’ve been working on a desktop customisation tool called StormGauge and I’ve just released a beta on steam.
The idea is a lightweight desktop overlay where you can add elements (clock, system stats, app docks etc.), switch themes with one click and easily share them.
I’m trying to figure out if this is actually useful beyond just niche setups, so I’d really appreciate some honest feedback:
- What features would you expect from something like this?
- Would you actually customise your desktop, or just use something prebuilt?
- What would make this worth installing for you?
I’m also looking for a few beta testers.
