Newest batch actually going good

Newest batch actually going good

Update on my gallon of "wine" with no artificial yeast (only natural yeast from the fruit.)

Ingredients (if you want to give it a shot): Blueberries (green inside) and red table grapes. (all lightly mashed)

Fermentation: Fermentation is going strong still, it's been about 2 and a half weeks since i started this batch.

Taste and color: It does have a pleasing pink colour to it. i tasted it from a separate glass using a syphon, and I do taste the alcohol brewing. It is losing its sweetness which is good, i will let it sit 'till I see that it is stagnant in its bubbling, which will take another week or two.

Any tips for bottling? do you recommend the corked wine glasses you can find at craft stores?

I'm planning to start a batch of red table grape wine with only natural yeast, but I want to ask some questions.

How long will it take to ferment fully in a 1 gallon jar compared to if I did it with store bought yeast?

Should I mash, blend, or add them whole into the jar?

Is there anything I could add for flavor?

Will this even ferment properly since they're table grapes?

After a day, the balloon is starting to puff up more and more stuff is settling to the bottom, does smell mildly like alcohol

I was trying to make some booze and ended up with some bs in a bottle. ingredients include: water, sugar, grapes, and a bit of bread. At least its fermenting

This is my first attempt at making hooch (more like makeshift wine i guess) and i just wanted to see your guy's opinions on it. I made this with a water bottle, balloon with a very small hole in it, some moon drop grapes, water, and sugar. I'm a bit worried about if im doing anything wrong so I just wanted to ask you guys.
