How to combat mental and physical exhaustion?

I have been a server for almost a decade, I used to enjoy it but now I dread going into work every day. I’m exhausted constantly. I just don’t know if I’m built for it anymore but I don’t really have a choice. I don’t have a degree and the cost of living is too high for me to do any other minimum wage job. I work at a great restaurant with great coworkers and managers and I make good money, I should be happy but I am so so miserable and tired. Does anyone have any ideas on how to manage to live a happy life when your job drains you this much? I just want to be able to enjoy life again
