Potentially glutening myself?

hi! this is a bit of a long shot but for the past few weeks i’ve been having celiac symptoms almost daily (diarrhea, headaches, fatigue) and i’m beginning to wonder if ive been accidentally glutening myself with things i use/eat daily. I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues and figured out if something had hidden gluten in it?

for context, i have been diagnosed for 10 years and grew up with my grandma and sister having celiac so im very aware. thankfully i’ve learned over the years about cross contamination and reading labels. i currently live with a roommate who is a long time friend and understands the importance of gluten contamination. she doesn’t use my butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, toaster, etc. we do share kitchen utensils and pots and pans tho (they’ve been cleaned in between use) which ive never had a problem with in the past but im thinking maybe that could be the culprit? i’d love to hear others’ thoughts/experiences!
