my sibling is in the bcom program and it says they may continue in bachelors and program warning. what does their gpa have to be to get rid of the warning?

since he is not in the honours program anymore, can they reapply to it? he also applied for summer extension, but they failed courses so i’m not sure what the osap standing is. but they didn’t get the summer funding yet and it says it’s still under review in faas. but i’m in good standing, and i’ve gotten the funds.. idk what he should do
