I went to a salon with faded pink hair that was bleached once about 3 months ago. I asked for a caramel/honey brown and they gave me dark brown that turned out ashy irl. (my hair was still pretty light from the bleach)

Then, they also insisted I add a treatment because otherwise the colour wouldnt stick and be uneven because of the patchy pink in my hair. My total came out to 100 bucks more than the original price for hair colouring.

They also bleached my roots for like 15 mins without telling me so my roots are orangey and the rest of my hair is dark brown ash??

I didnt want to use box dye at first because I was scared it would be patchy or turn green but I need advice on what I should do with box dye? (no budget for another salon rn)
