Asking advice on how to shake off the feeling of embarrassment

Problem/Goal: I'm still overthinking the mistake I made earlier, and can't shake the feeling of embarrassment until now. Kayo ba how do you deal with this feeling?

Context: Kanina during our group meeting, I was suddenly picked to lead the group to an opening prayer, after I said my self-made prayer I was supposed to prompt the group to recite a common prayer together. I was supposed to recite the Glory Be prayer, but my mind went blank and recited the grace before meals instead. Like gurl? After ko na lang marecite yung prayer with the group when I realized it was the grace before meals. I actually think group might have understood that it was a mistake because of pressure.

Previous Attempts: I actually searched for techniques to calm my mind, but I'm still bothered.
