I found this one in the attic and I am not sure if this is real or fake. I see some red flags as faded ink in the back but I don’t know surely of this doesn't happens over time.

Is this cartidge real or fake? I found it in the attic and I am not sure if this is not some cheap fake. I see some red flags, like faded ink on back side and strange Colors on front. Your opinions?
