Hi everyone, I am a final year Digital Technology student at university and I am finishing my dissertation on digital barriers faced by immigrants in the UK.

I am trying to build a system that helps immigrants understand their rights around Universal Credit and employment in plain language, across multiple languages.

To complete my research I need your help. I have a short 5 minute anonymous survey with no right or wrong answers. I just need your honest thoughts.
