Question for Arby's employees

Are you guys trained to be stingy with the sauce?

When I go to McDonalds or Burger King or just about any other fast food restaurant, I ask for some ketchup, and they throw like 17 ketchup packets in my bag. I love this. It's a good system. I've never eaten a dry french fry from one of those restaurants, and I've never had to buy a bottle of ketchup in my life because I have so many extra packets lying around.

But when I go to Arby's, I ask for some Arby's sauce and they give me one, singular packet. If I ask for a second packet, the employee gives me a dirty look like its some kind of huge imposition.

And in the drive thru? Forget about it. They never give me any sauce at all, even if I specify that I want X number of packets.

I first noticed this about two years ago, and initially thought it was maybe a specific manager or a franchise thing. But now I realize that it has consistently been my experience at every Arby's location I've visited in at least four states since early 2024 or so.

Is this company policy? Are they counting the sauces at the end of the night and chewing you out if you went through too many?

No shade to you guys, I just have to know.
