Have an opportunity to purchase one for $4000 from the son of an original owner. 195K. No accidents. Has been inspected by a Honda mechanic who said it just needs shocks. Note-that is not my mechanic--this was reported to me. What should I be looking out for? I figure I really should also plan to replace seals and possibly belts depending on when/what was done.

My commute is less than 5 miles a day, but really I want to buy this for a daily driver while also converting it into a 2 seater camping vehicle with a platform bed, etc.
