Can any experienced fasters help me with a refeeding protocol? Im currently on day 3 of a 14 day fast and need help structuring a refeeding process before the end of my fast

Its really profound how much fasting positively impacts me mental state, want to know if this is common

Can anyone give me advise on how to refeed and how much water to drink during each day? Also, do i need to take electrolytes, the wiki here said its optional but what do any experienced fasters do?
