How to actually climb the MP ladder like I've heard some said to have one high elite carry and ​​anything for the rest of the team, some said to play standard battle since it would be the fastest but some high level account plays either epic or the seven battle match because of 4-5k BP per match, and not to mention the energy cost or if I even have the sufficient amount of energy refill card, anyone has tips or guide or anything?
