How can i Restore my progress, achievements & all my characters (my account) back?

I used to play injustice gods among us in the past, i used to login by Facebook & Google play account.

I had a lot of characters, my achievements reached 31/38 🏆 these achievements still in Google play (play games) account.

Now when i installed the game, it starts from the beginning with only 3 characters.

How can i restore my progress, achievements & all my characters back?

Just now logged into the game after a long break. I’m missing ares and just saw I have 3 days left of grinding for it. Forgot what it takes to reach top 5% and is it possible? How many hours rough estimate would I have to drop each day to get him?
