Before anyone says this: yes I am aware that I was caught slacking and accept full responsibility for it.

Now with that out of the way. So I’ve only been at my spree for about a month working in the electronics section and we usually don’t get pallets until 6 I’ve noticed. But this was about two hours before then and all aisles were already zoned and everything organized in its proper place so sometimes I like to go on my phone turn on a video and put it in my pocket to listen to it as I was doing it this day the store manager took a picture of me I didn’t know about and put it in a group chat with I guess the other coaches at minimum, and said something but something in a message but the only part of the message I saw was him saying “no zoning”. And I only found out because towards the end of my shift my coach said something to me about it and showed me the picture and I saw it was the store manager that sent it. I’m not gonna lie I felt kinda disrespect especially as I feel he should’ve just came up to me and asked what I was doing as I could’ve explained that at that time everything was done instead but I guess not. I mean I know you shouldn’t just be standing around but what more was there for me to do except wait for the next pallet. I guess it’s time to start zoning each aisle for 30 minutes. Anyway just something that happened to me the other day.

Hi so basically what the title says.

Context: So first off my people lead is rude. Her tone is rude, she comes off as rude to customers and to some of my other coworkers and is just mean to the point where other people from different departments has called the tech department a nightmare to work in because of her being their and apparently she has made someone else cry on her third day of work and so I don’t really like her very much I haven’t spoke with her about this because she kinda scares me to ask her anything so I usually just talk to other coworkers about her. I’m in the tech department for context and so on Tuesday I went to work my shift was 3-10 and I was by myself and I’m new but around 8 a couple comes in and has questions about the phones. Now someone from a different department was covering for me and did call for a team lead but when the got their they couldn’t answer it either. So I called a coach I had previously talked to who was supposed to be over me originally and she helps the couple. But while she’s talking to this couple the team is telling me that my people lead should be training me on this stuff(which I agree) and says I’m not the first person to complain about her not teaching people. A couple hours go by and the same coach I called over said she wants to talk to me privately I find out it’s about my people lead and she wants to know how she’s been behaving towards me and what my thoughts of her was because the person i talked to that said I’m not the first told her and that’s why I had this conversation. Anyway I tell them how I feel, how I think she’s rude to customers and employees, how I’m not getting the proper training I’m supposed to be getting and how I don’t feel like I’m being setup properly and I leave. They said they would have a talk with her but that was on Tuesday and it’s currently Thursday and I go back to work tomorrow. What do I do. Other people have complained about her and I’ve heard customers complain too so I’m not too worried about that but it’s more so the reason that I’m a bit more concerned about. Has anyone ever been in this situation. Will my name be anonymous.i don’t know

The reason I think she’s retaliating against me: I put in a request for time off to go to the hospital since I have monthly visits and it got denied by her. Granted I did put it in after the schedule was made but the same day I put the time off request in was the same day the schedule was set so definitely more than 2 weeks away. Plus I don’t work the following 2 days and the days I need off I can’t get. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just put me to work on the 2 days off I have and take those off.

All jokes aside in the title lol pretty much as I don’t think I’ve ever seen in it mp as a reward
