I had completely lost hope that I would ever get this account back, but after a few days of waiting and working with WB Support, everything was finally restored.
According to them, my account wasn’t actually deleted. The issue was caused by a slow internet connection and a synchronization problem with the servers, which made it appear as though all of my progress had been lost.
I provided them with all the evidence I had, including screenshots and other information to verify my account and its progress. After reviewing everything, they were eventually able to recover my account and restore my progress.
I’m honestly so relieved to have everything back. Huge thanks to WB Support for taking the time to look into my case and help me recover my account! 🙏
