For people like the crown lead for the pug group I was just in crashing tf out because people weren't killing the skeleton on the pillar to make it vulnerable. That's not how it works. Kill the skeleton, stand in the aoe pool it drops (which DoTs you btw so have a self heal or healers), and kill the red phantom BEHIND the pillars that you can only attack when standing in the skeleton pool. For whatever reason a lot of people still seem to not know this pretty simple mechanic and have a meltdown when you try to do it the correct way.
