We first noticed this about 3 weeks ago on my partner’s inner thigh (male), and it hasn’t gone away since. It doesn’t itch, doesn’t hurt, and isn’t flaky. It also hasn’t grown in size. The first photo was taken about 2–3 weeks ago, and the second one was taken just now. What could this be?
