I ordered the weeknd vertuo pop+ machine last week. I received the machine last week and today I received the tumbler it comes with. With the tumbler, I recieved 20 sleeves of different coffee for the original machine, 2 other coffee tumblers, tote bag etc. I didn't order any of the other things. Has this happened to anyone before?? The order had my name and everything. It had the tumbler that I ordered so idk if it was on purpose or by mistake... I don't think it was on purpose because the pods don't work with the machine I purchased?? I had contacted them last week asking about something about the order and the AI just kept saying no one was available to help so idk if they felt bad??
