I have recently adopted a 7 year old cat who was previously overweight but lost a ton of weight due to pancreatitis-induced anorexia. He stopped eating completely and was surrendered by the previous owner. He has since recovered very well in my care and eats well but as he is an older cat with a history of eating problems, what he eats is very important to me.

I tried putting him on pate because I know it is better for weight maintenance and makes them feel fuller for longer but he doesn’t have much interest. Loves shreds in gravy though. I gave him a Delectables lickable stew treat on time and he LOVED it! Looking for a good healthy option for my guy and willing to pay a little extra to keep him happy :) thanks!

Hi friends! For those who use their vtg mixing bowls for their intended purpose, would you/ do you ever use a hand mixer with them? Is it safe to use it this way or is there a risk of chipping? I would absolutely love my first Pyrex mixing bowl, but it wouldn’t be just a display piece to me. I would be using it regularly for baking and I use a hand mixer regularly, but I fear a risk of the bowl chipping into my dough/ batter. Thanks for listening!
