Don’t get me wrong. I just ordered an FX5 and I’m fully invested in Sony lenses. But I have to give credit where credit is due the Canon R6V is a phenomenal camera. Open gate, an internal fan, amazing IBIS, a small body, and excellent photo capabilities. I’ve watched some videos on YouTube, and I’m really impressed.

The Canon wobble has also been reduced quite a bit, and at 20mm, it seems to be almost completely gone. It does 95% of the job.

I just wanted to make a post like this purely from the heart.

Hi guys, since we're in 2026, I'm thinking about whether I should get the A7V or the A7C II. I'll use the second camera mainly for photography, especially landscape and street photography. However, because the price difference isn't that significant, I can't decide which one I should get as a second travel camera.
