R&F handling Supervisory tasks?
Hello. So my boss recently filed for an immediate resignation & I will be the one who’s left to catch the workload that was being handled since time immemorial.
I am currently still on probation btw. Is it possible to ask my recruiter regarding a possible re-alignment of job title/compensation regarding this transition?
