TTC after previous losses and APS diagnosis

We’ve been trying to conceive since September 2025.

I became pregnant at the end of November after three months of TTC, but unfortunately miscarried just before 8 weeks and had a D&C.

Afterwards, I had the rubella vaccine, so we had to wait three months before trying again. When we started trying again, I fell pregnant straight away, but sadly had another loss at around 6 weeks.

We then had some blood tests done, which showed positive markers for APS (antiphospholipid syndrome), a blood-clotting disorder.

Since then, we’ve been TTC without any luck, and I’ve also noticed some changes in my cycle. My cycle used to be exactly 28 days for years, but it now fluctuates between 25–29 days, and I’ve started spotting for 2–3 days before my period begins.

I’ve also been experiencing an almost constant feeling of heaviness or pressure in my lower abdomen, with occasional sharp, shooting pains.

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice on what might be worth discussing with my doctor.
