Hello! I need some hope, (35f)I’ve been taking 20mg of lexapro for 5 years went up to 25 and it didn’t do anything and as of a couple months ago my anxiety attacks have been coming back pretty strong so I’m recently cross tapering to Prozac I’m just scared it won’t work & also scared of taking both at the same time.
1st week 20lex and 20pro
2nd week 15lex & 20 pro
3rd week 5lex and 20pro
4th week only Prozac
Has anyone had a successful cross tapering stories, if so please share!!
