There's a goal to smash 5 barrels of tea, and the props are even loading in. How do I get fix this?

I haven't been keeping up with any of this "drama" but can anyone tell me how to install 4.5? Obviously the updater isn't working, and everything I go on to the website for rethawed the site crashes or won't let me see the news.
