The pen shown in my driver is not the pen i own. None of the buttons work on it, is this why?
The pen it shows has a button/interactable thing on the eraser end of the pen. Mine does not have that; it's flat at the end of it, with no button or stylus end. Very confused about this. additionally, no matter what I set the keybinds on the pen buttons to, they don't work. Not even just ctrl + z. It doesn't undo shit. I have no idea how to add a pen, and i'm starting to think i shouldn't have bought the art tablet at all, bc i never use it and every time i try to, something else doesn't work about it and i get overwhelmed. Ignore the doomerism though, and please help meeee. what's wrong with my pen??? I use a Kamvas 13 something or other, the pen is just the one it came with. I don't know why the driver seems to have no "add" a device button , bc the pen options it displays clearly aren't working for my pen????
