Kamvas 22 gen3 blurry screen

I recently bought a Huion Kamvas 22 Gen 3 after seeing some reviews that suggested it was a good mid-range product at a reasonable price.

However, I’ve noticed that the display is really blurry, and the resolution is definitely not high enough for professional work.

Is there a way to fix this issue, or should I request a refund?

If I do request a refund, could you recommend any good alternatives?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Is the protective film included in that kamvas 16?

Hello everyone, I have a kamvas 16 2021, after all the use it's pretty scratched on the screen.

I noticed that I can pull one of the corners of the screen and there's some kind of film that I can remove, though it's a bit hard to do so. The thing is, I have never bought any protective films for this tablet so it either came with it included from the store or I'm pulling something that I shouldn't.

If anyone has gone through this, please let me know if I can just remove that film and buy a replacement or if I'm about to damage my tool.

Buying a screen tablet for the first time

I've found three of such tablets, cant really decide which one I should buy.

  1. Huion Kamvas 13 Cosmo Black
  2. Huion Kamvas 16 (2021) Black
  3. Huion Kamvas 13 Gen 3 From what ive seen by comparing them, the second one (k16) is the largest one and the third on (k13g3) has the biggest pressure sensetivity

Other than that, are there any things I should pay attention to when choosing tablets? Maybe there are other cheaper quality options? (Also sorry for any mistakes that may be present 😅)

I bought a huion kamvas 13 pen display tablet as a beginner. Did i buy it too soon? should I have bought a less expensive beginner model?

I'm in the middle of pursuing an engineering degree. it's been a year now and i haven't really used it. I wanna learn doing hand animation, digital painting, etc. But will this tablet be disfunctional by the time I'm spending more time with it?? I've attached some of the stuff I started out with on it

Can't decide between Huion Inspiroy 2 L and XP-Pen Deco 01 V3

I'm a total beginner and I just want to buy my first tablet without overthinking it, but now I'm stuck between two options: Huion Inspiroy 2 L XP-Pen Deco 01 V3

The Huion costs about $67.97 and the XP-Pen is around $67.30. Everywhere I look people say both are good - but no one really explains which one actually feels better to draw on.

If anyone's used both (or either one), I'd love to hear your thoughts - mainly about pen feel, driver stability, and overall experience. my use going to be blender and some 2D

and that 60° tilt in xp pen should I consider that

I just wanna make a smart choice and start drawing already Thanks a ton!

Kamvas pro 24 (gen 3) vs 27 (gen 3) help pls

Hey, I'm switching from wacom intuos pro, and after a bit of research landed on kamvas pro 27 gen 3 cuz of the 144hz, NOW, I do have a 27" monitor and it's quite big - so what i'm thinking, is that 24" would be more than enough, however, I cannot for the god of me decide whether the 144hz is such a big deal or not.

I reckon the 24" doesn't have 144hz so that's a minus, and I understand that anything will feel like an upgrade at this point, but want to get the smooth pen lines experience they keep advertising with the 144hz, altho I have no means of trying it out.

If you do have 24 or tried 24 and 27, which one would you recommend? Or would you say there's something completely different that's important (performance-wise).

PS: got a good windows pc, so it's literally about the screen right now. Thank youuu

Help - Deciding which to buy.

Hey all, I am a hobbyist artist (not at all high in skill nor time spent doing art) who uses Krita on a laptop.

My Wacom One screenless drawing pad has recently stopped working and I've been thinking about upgrading to a screen display tablet.

However, while exploring the Huion website, I came across two good looking options in my price range;

Kamvas 16 Gen 3, and Kamvas Pro 16 v2.

I'm not a techy by any means, so I really dont know much about the different specs. I see that many are the same, but a few like screen resolution are different.

The biggest thing for me is the pricing difference, a $232NZD gap with the Gen 3 being $780.

Apart from the resolution, what is the difference, what causes such a large price gap? And is the difference even meaningful enough to notice for its worth?

I don't care much for the navigation, I hardly use (if not ever) the buttons on my current screenless tablet, but I do use the buttons on the pen a lot.

I'm really struggling to decide which I should go for, I'm not exactly flush financially so this will decide what I use for the next few years, I can't afford to change my mind in a few months.

Hopefully looking to hear from someone who has experience with both tablets or atleast one vs a similar product. 🫰

Huion Driver showing Kamvas Pro 19 instead of Kamvas 13

Hi! I have the Kamvas 13 Gen 3 which had the janky dials issue which persisted even after trying the alcohol method. I decided to update the driver from v15 to v20 because I thought it might fix it (it didn't). The new v20 driver didn't have the features I wanted like the quick menu and option to change the dial sensitivity so I decided to roll back.

Now whenever I plug in my tablet, it connects but appears as the Kamvas Pro 19 in the driver and the screen doesn't respond to the pen. I remember having this issue when I first set it up a while back but no matter what I did, I can't solve it anymore. I even tried updating again to v20 and it still shows as the Pro 19. Please help!

UPDATE: I was able to fix it! 😄

I found another user with the janky dials issue and downloaded the firmware update tool that the support team gave them. Here's the link: https://support.huion.com/en/support/discussions/topics/44001026518

XP Pen or Huion?

Hellooo!!

Currently I use an IPad Pro 11’ 3rd gen that I got as a birthday present. And although I love it I HATEE how slippery it is. I know I can just buy a screen protector but Ive seen many people talk abt how it can damage your Apple Pencil nibs and I don’t want to keep buying more and more. And I want to use my ipad more for school.

Ive been searching for a couple of days and Ive ruled out Wacom bc 1 wayyyy too expensive and 2 I don’t really like their pens or screens… so now Ive been going back and forth between XP Pen and huion.

I have a legion Pro 5 16’ so I want something that will be in the same level as that. I’m not sure on the size but honestly anything above 13 and under 20. I also want a more paper- feel texture and that will keep up with my laptops specs. Im very minimalistic so I’m not rlly into buttons and stuff, mainly bc idk how to use them… BUT yeah I’m stuck between the 2.

I don’t have a set budget, I think anything under $600 would be good, I also have a student discount but I don’t that that will do much…

I don’t want to spend hundreds on something that will break in a year, I would love to hear your experiences on it, Thank youuu!!

need help, pen pressure not detected

Huion Kamvas 13 that i got for christmas back in 2024. I used it with my old laptop and it worked just fine, no issues. I recently got a new laptop, and I've drawn on it before, it worked, but it recently ran into its own software issue that I had to reboot entirely. Now, I'm trying to use it again, but it literally doesn't detect any inputs at all.

i changed the nibs, i updated the software, and i restarted my laptop as well..none seemed to work :/ i use CSP as my main software

any help would be so appreciated, bc i have a reaaaaally urgent project to finish

side note: it works on the browser version of Magma, this is really confusing to me..

dumb question but is it possible to have the display tablet to only showcase a piece of the monitor as opposed to "extend" or work as a "monitor", i want it to literally only show me a piece of the desktop in lets say monitor 1 without changing resolution for the monitor

Anyone ever try using one of these with their huions?

I'm thinking of getting this. It's wireless and the Amazon description says you can reprogram the buttons and it works with windows and Mac. Could be a nice and handy replacement for the keydials they sell.

Arm/VESA ot alternative mounts for Kamvas 16 gen3?

Hi, I've been considering getting a Kamvas 16 gen3, but I'm concerned about posture problems and desk organization with the usual stand, so I've been wondering if there's an alternative to it, especially bcs Kamvas that are below 20in aren't vesa compatible by default

Anyone tried a monitor arm?

Hey! This is a kinda odd question, but I'm looking to upgrade my current set up.

I have a Huion Kamvas 16 Pro (2019), so it doesn't have a VESA mount, but I want to make my tablet more adjustable/comfortable for long drawing sessions. I've been looking at universal adapters and monitor arms. Have any of you had any luck with adapters or monitor arms? I just want my tablet stand to have more options (in terms of height and tilt). @ _ @ What works for you guys? Any recommendations would be super appreciated (even if they're not arms and adapters. :p)

I don't know what they do at the factory, but do not believe that the $40 screen protector Huion will happily sell you can be successfully installed.

I spent about 40 minutes pulling up and re-applying the Huion replacement screen protector, following their instructions exactly.

PSA: It is simply NOT the case that this can be installed without bubbles. NO technique, NO finesse, and NO amount of scraping with the provided card can eliminate bubbles. They cannot be avoided while placing the film, and they cannot be pushed out afterward.

Huion kamvas13 gen 3

I just got this thing and the display is not working. I don't even get the logo popping up it's just black. And the white light is on on the top left. Anyone got suggestions I already tried uninstalling and installing the app.

Nibs Compatibility

Hi, new to Huion and just bought the Kamvas pro 16 v2 (pen PWA600A).

Does anyone know if the felt nibs will work with this device? the site does list some Pro 16 but v2 is not listed, however, the images on the sale page show them being used on this device. I swear I also saw a video at one point in my choosing process where the artist was using them but I can't find it again. Will the nibs work or should I skip them?

Also, if anyone has any sleeve suggestions I would love love some recommendations if that is allowed.
