Huion is terrible
I bought a tablet and decided against it and to go with a different model.
I decided this within 8 hours and promptly emailed them, at the time this was during their holiday so ok. But the label was created so I couldn’t cancel, maybe it was sitting in limbo waiting to be shipped due to the holiday.
After numerous upset emails with no reply the package gets a scan, still no response from Huion cs. I understand yes it’s a holiday, but if you have people working shipping and shipping your products from your official website you NEED to get another customer support team, Huion is a big enough company to afford that.
Tablet was delivered yesterday, haven’t even opened it I don’t want to, I do not want it. Not only is their support ass their return policy is even worse. It’s probably gonna cost me $100 to just return this stupid thing, they could have done the $20 USPS intercept your package to get it rerouted to them, but nope, was not responded to in a timely manner.
At this point I’ll pay the damn $100 to return it, I don’t want to support a company who treats their customers like this.
At this point they should be back from holiday, I have gotten no emails, I tried to call and it said they’re not open, which they should be i woke up at 4am just to call to be in their business hours.
What should I do if Huion never responds to me??
And yes I’ve learned my lesson, do not order from the official website.
edit: huion emailed me regarding the situation and told me to "prevent losses" I could have cancelled on the website within 24 hours, which is completely untrue. the label was created 1-2 hours after purchase so it was marked as "shipped" therefore cancellation was unavailable. But the package sat at that status for 1-2 days... yet to know how much this return will cost.
edit 2: huion replied to me on twitter, followed me and told me to reach out to them with the email. so it seems complaining consistently on social media can help if you're having support issues...
