Married couple 38/37. had a vasectomy years ago, but now would like one more. #MA
We have 2 k ids already but then I got a vasectomy 7 years ago, after reversal, my sperm count is very low. Not sure what our options are at this point. just exploring if there's any interest. Please be honest about your motivations and expectations
