Ya'll know any good accurate Modern NYC map mods for the Original III? (1.0)

I Wanna get to the Main Menu, but when I launch it takes me directly to Story mode, I tried every exe, tried the settings in the game, tried Launch args, EVERYTHING. it ALWAYS TAKES ME TO STORY MODE HOW DO I FIX THIS????
